How It Works
Our Installation Process
1
Free In-Home Assessment
We evaluate your home's size, layout, and comfort needs to recommend the right-sized AC or heat pump system. Once you have selected one of our systems we will complete the required paperwork, order the equipment, acquire necessary permits and set an install dateÂ

2
On the day of the install you will receive a message when the team is on the way. We ask that we have free access to all of the areas we will be working in and that pets are secured. We will walkthrough everything we will be doing before starting. The technicians will lay mats and drop clothes to cover any surfaces in your home that we will be working in.

3
During Install
Most installs are complete within a single day, (averaging 8-10 hours) if you have any questions during the process do not hesitate to ask one of our technicians. Upon completion of installing the new equipment we will test each new component of the system and clean the entire work area.

4
System Testing & Walkthrough
After every installation, we run a full system commissioning process to confirm your new equipment is performing exactly as designed. Our technicians check airflow, refrigerant charge, electrical performance, temperature differentials, and thermostat operation, then fine-tune the system to fit your home for maximum comfort, efficiency, and reliability from day one. We confirm every component is working properly, insuring confidence in your investment.
5
Post Install
When everything is up and running we will walk you through the new system, go over operation of your new thermostat and set a date for any needed inspections. You will receive all of your new equipment manuals. Then we will complete the final invoice and payment. Afterwards, we will register warranties and any applicable rebates.

Signs You Need a New AC or Heat Pump Installation

12+ Years Old or Frequent Repairs
Rising Energy Bills
Repairs Nears Replacement Cost
Runs constantly or short-cycles
If your system is aging or needs frequent repairs, a new installation is often more cost-effective than continuing to patch it.
If your energy bills have crept up despite normal usage, your system may be losing efficiency and worth replacing.
A system that never shuts off or cycles on and off rapidly is struggling to keep up and losing efficiency fast.
If a repair estimate is 50% or more of a new install, replacement is usually the better value long-term.
