System Inspection & Baseline
Every visit starts with a full walkthrough of the system — indoor and outdoor. We look over the equipment for anything that's changed since last time, and note the starting condition before we clean or adjust a thing. That baseline is what lets us tell you what's wearing and what's still solid.

Heating & Heat Pump Checks
On heat pumps we test the reversing valve, the defrost cycle, and auxiliary heat — parts that only get checked when someone deliberately runs the system in both modes. We also test the defrost control board and timer.
Indoor Unit & Airflow
We inspect the evaporator coil, clear the condensate drain line and check the pan, check the blower wheel and test the indoor fan motor, measure airflow, check the electrical connections, and check the ductwork for obvious leaks.

Maintenance Plan

Heat Pump Tune-Up
A heat pump is your AC and your heater, so it runs close to year-round and puts on roughly twice the hours of a split system. Twice the run time, twice the wear — and it has parts a standard AC doesn't. Heat pumps get serviced before cooling season and again before heating season.
AC Tune-Up
Once a year, ideally in spring before cooling season. Coil cleaning, refrigerant charge, electrical testing, airflow, and a full performance check.
